Dippy. I am breaking my protracted lurk to say: Get a bike helmet. My husband went over his handlebars going down hill a couple of years ago. He ended up breaking a rib, losing two front teeth and with raggedy scars all round his jaw. His helmet cracked nearly in two, but he is now fine, and not either dead or sitting drooling in a wheelchair. Get a helmet. Hope you're doing well with the quit. x
