it is its the hadrest thing ive ever done.. cant belive i can now say i dont smoke.. still take each day as it comes though cos i'm my own worst enemy.. never thought ide last 6 hours never mind months..lol..xx

yes had lovely holiday bit too hot though..lol.. i took 5 days off my orginal quit cos of my wobbles so i was six months on the 30th july and it does feel ****** good .. only another six to go .. bit scary that but we will do it kk no way do i want day 1 etc.. again so glad you are feeling good .. its good isnt it..lol..xx
