      Hi Louise

Thanks for the message and yes I am proud to get this far

It makes me really happy though that my progress along the road is helping others to realise that they can also do it

You're doing really well and must be well over 3 months smoke free now

Very sweet, keeps getting better and better. how often do the craves come for ya? Just curious I get them around twice a day still cept on occasion I do go a day or 2 without a thought of them. Not trying to be a downer just wondering where your at with that at such a fantastic amount of time behind you. I just had 2 almost 3 days without one thought then I got online and played a video game that I used to smoke a ton playing and had a reach for pack of ciggs LOL. I was like omg, man it is simply amazing how this addiction can keep trying.
        Thomas

The excuses we create are for ourselves not others.

The key to quitting is a sincere and real want to quit for yourself and not for anyone else. Falling off the wagon or losing your quit for a small amount of time is no big deal if you keep trying. The can do and keep trying attitude is what will give you success, there is no quick fix it takes hard work and determination. Won't be easy but it will be worth it.
        It's up to you!!!

To answer you're query I don't get craves at all really just now and then the odd fleeting though when I do something different for the first time

Like ohhhh a fag would be good gone in seconds almost before it's there I really don't remember the last time it happened but fully expect to get one the first time I drive now that I have my licence back after giving it up for heath reasons before I quit I always smoked in the car you see
