Because this means ' anew or afresh', so quite apt!

    OMG I totally get you
I thought it was just me

Even though my quit is going well the last couple of months have been really tough.
I have spent most of the time remembering all the positives of smoking.
I do miss it lots but hopefully not enough to waste the last (nearly 300 days) 9 months of hard work!

I got my smoking diary out the other evening and read through all the stuff I wrote 9 months ago. It helped! Fingers crossed it's just a strange 'I miss you' blip and once we come through the other side we can go back to enjoying our quit

well its had its ups and downs to be honest, seem to have hit a fairly smooth road at the mo but month 7 was surprisingly quite bad at times for some reason...just missed smoking more than anything really, wasnt getting actaully cravings or anything, was more just reminiscing on how nice it used to feel when I went out for a fag...u get me?
