    I feel a bit guilty cos you guys have had it so much harder than me! I feel ok most of the time now, still get craves if i do something i havent done since i quit, but prob only think of it a couple of times a day, and then only in passing usually. Mind you, i do still have the occasional go on the nic-free ecig if i have a heavy drinking sesh so still not 100% free i guess!

    Sad to hear that Sarah, the mind and Nico can play tricks on us. Not easy but keep up the fight and try and weigh up and enjoy the benefits of not smoking. The easy way to give up smoking - my **** , best wishes

    Andrew, you aren't alone with the blips. . I am fighting almost daily to stay quit. I don't like my life without fags. I am not the same person, and the old one had way more fun. This one is grumpy, fatter and I swear tea tastes disgusting now. Yes, I will probably live longer, it certainly ****** feels like it!! Xx

    Good to hear you are doing ok. I on the other hand have made a bit of a balls of it all, and blips r us is my favourite shop at the minute. I am back on the patches, and still dont want to smoke but blips=doubts=easy to slip back. Will see how I go. Good luck to you

    Hiya sarah how are you? Im great thanks enjoying a week off from work at the moment, the sun really is nice.
    Wow we are nearly 5 months quit! Had a couple down moments this month and i did think grrr i could just have a smoke. But i stayed strong it only seems to be the days where i feel down that i feel i want to smoke.
    Great to see you still with us Andrew hows your quit going?
