Yep woody, we're the last ones standing hahaha. It sounds like your doing great

Ooh i wish i had a holiday coming up but no chance at the minute.

Iv officially done 8 weeks now. I was supposed to be stepping down to the 7mg tomorrow, but i havent actually worn a patch for 2 days. I forgot to put one on and remembered during the evening, too late to put one on. And today i havent thought about it, so no point putting nicotine in my body now, may aswell withdraw. But if it all gets too much iv got my supply close to hand. xx

It looks like its only me and you on here now Jo! I'm doing OK, I have gone down to the 7mg patch last Friday and I am now over the 8 week mark. Still doing OK, a bit short with people (the wife), but trying hard not to be. The difficulty will come in a months time when we go on our annual beach holiday to Greece!!

Glad you are still doing well.

Im glad to hear your doing well. I feel like im starting with some illness, got headache and feel a bit stuffy, i hope it doesnt get worse. My little guy was at the hospital this week and at last they have decided to take his tonsils out so hopefully his lymph nodes will start to go down. And now he has started with chicken pox Lol!! No rest with kids.

I hope all the others are doing ok xx

Hi Jo, Doing really well, don't seem to get any cravings now. It will be 6 weeks on Monday and another 10 days or so until I will be coming down to the 7mg patches. I sometimes forget to take the patch off and end up having a disturbed nights sleep, LOL at your superhero becomes duck story!

I have had a good old chest cold this last week. I have found during this and previous quits that when I get a cold I really suffer when it gets onto my chest. Strange, you would have thought that now I don't smoke it wouldn't affect my chest so much. No excuse to start smoking again though!

Hopefully the reason its quiet on here is because people are doing OK and not that the have faltered!

Hello Woody, your right it has gone quiet, dunno why. Anyways I have just passed the 5 weeks mark. I am very pleased with myself. I forgot to take my patch off last night and i had a very strange dream about a super hero that turns into a duck, hahaha.

    How are you doing? xxxxxxx
