    Who's left?

I'm one of the group who quit on March 14 and haven't fallen off the wagon yet. Starting Month 4 today.

Is there anyone else in the original group who is still on their quit?

Aww Viking how could we let this happen? Well if nothing else it can serve as a warning to anyone who for a nanu second thinks that they've beaten it ..... it can't creep right up on ya and bit ya on the bum when you ain't even looking! Well good luck for Monday - mine is going to be same. We can do this together!

Ahhhhhh man. Bad news. 70 days in and I have FAILED! How could I let this happen? No excuses. Felt very stressed about a few things and have allowed Nick-O-Teen back in. Have had about 4 cancer sticks since the w/e ....... but am going to start again. Very sad and very angy with myself ......... meh

Whoa! Where's everyone gone? I just check in periodically now but happy to say 10 weeks (70 days) without the beast that is smoking. Half a stone heavier but who cares about a few pounds! Hope you're all going strong out there! Will check back soon to see what gives! x AN

Just popping in to say hi! 9 weeks off the smokes and feeling good. Half a stone heavier but still proud! Now on a cutting down on food drive and been really busy so sorry haven't been around. You will know that business is good if I'm quiet! Hope you're all well and surviving - it's a breeze now isn't it! So glad I hung in there !!!

Morning folks, hope you are all happy and enjoying the spring sunshine with your new lungs. Funnily enough I still get days when I'm puffing clkimbing the stairs but put that down to the extra bit of weight I'm carrying lol Spot is nearly gone and chocolate intake vastly reduced. That's why I haven't been on much as I seem to be weaning myself off a lot of things right now! How's everyone doing?

I got a humungous spot on my chin last week which won't go away so decided it was definitely time to stop eating so much chocolate - think that is what I'm missing. lol just can't win. Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine x
