    I use a great app called my fitness pal which counts calories for you and you can add in exercise etc, I find it really good!

    I counted calories once, and I'm boring, so try and eat the same thing every day haha.

    Katzee thats really cool, I was thinking of a 5k myself! Have lost 2lb this week so going in the right direction!! Do use use any calory counters guys? Or do you just use general sensible eating and moving?

    okay so I have started to move, 45 mins a day for the last 5 days........and no chocolate, crisps or alcohol!!

    I workout in the detached garage, and even with four personal heaters it only got to just above freezing today. I rocked an hour workout in a toque! Make time to move a bit everyone! We can do this!
