Good Afternoo or Evening James, I am glad you are still going strong and smoke free, One Month Tomoz is great and no matter what a packet costs its still not worth it is it, I think that most people quit for there health not the money and even if it starts as a money issue it changes to health any way, look forward to chat, hope family are well, take care xx

Hi James, Im sorry I havnt answered your post but glad things are more settled again for you and also the positive health benefits you mention is a big pluss yes? I found my quit journey a bit like climbing a mountain (with a few steep walls to climb over too) LOL Hard going at beginning, followed by gentle climp, then a few steep bits and unexpected pot holes. Its all worth it bud or I promise I would have thrown the towel in a long time ago. Well Done mate you are doing just fine, more than fine as you have had the work adjustment to endure so Bravo and keep climbing as the view gets better and better
