eff off !! only joking no you didn't upset me - I did admit to being one anyway as I recall cycling's good - found a good route a bit of up and down hill and takes about 20 minutes - only 2nd day but it was easier than yesterday. It feels so good to not wheeze and cough or have to stop for a fag half way how's you doing ??

well done Pedru, that is fantastic. I thought Champix were great in the easrly days of my quit, but I was becoming an emotional wreck which is not like me at all. I am glad your quit is still strong, it's amazing being a non smoker.......keep posting, catch u later

Maybe an extra 20 feet for starters - don't want to overdo it If I can still walk I'll report back tomorrow - if I do myself an injury I'll report back when they let me out of hospital Glad you had some good news and glad you didn't need a stinking fag

We shall see - I'm already panicking about which is the quickest route home from the station hahaha I'm feeling very much like a non smoker today - how are you doing?

We don't pick the bikes up til Tuesday so by Friday the keep fit bug will have worn off

Good mental picture - your new super lungs outrunning your legs hahaha bet it was a good feeling.

    Hi Pedru

I've been off the champix about 3 weeks now - came off it a week early as I felt strong enough and touch wood no problems. I'll be 3 full calender months quit on Wednesday Well done you for coming off it so early and staying quit. The champix does help but you've still got to use willpower - too many people think you take it and that's it you quit! I still find ciggies smell lovely when they're burning - developed a habit of following people smoking

I remember feeling very flat at about 3 weeks and just wanting to either sleep or cry - it does pass (slowly I won't lie) so just ride it out as you're doing great

    Hi Pedru

Just checking how you were doing - noticed you were on-line last night but you'd gone before I got chance to message you.

Just didn't want you getting a complex

Get twitchy replying to anything about champix as I tend to get my head bitten off - I think it's great and I wouldn't be quit without it. Glad you've sorted yours out
