Sorry to see you had to start again. Viking, I succumbed too and to be honest I decided it was too difficult for me to quit fully. I knew I wanted to be free of the damage real cigarettes were doing so for now I've opted for e-cigarettes. Yes, I won't be free of nicotine but I will be free of all those other chemicals. I've not had a real cigarette for 2 days, this will be day 3. I'm not using the e-cigarette as much as I used real ones, so for the moment I'm happy. I'm not advocating e-cigarettes by the way. Just wanted you to know why I hadn't posted on the boards....I feel I'm cheating.
