I reward myself too much. I was thinking about laser treatment on my smokers lines. Unfortunately I rewarded myself with a colleagues cigarette today, after learning I am to be disciplined for walking out of a meeting, so no more rewards for me until Ive worked my penance- guess I need to go another 2 months without smoking. Crap.

Replied on my messages-doh. Glad it made you laugh, but it did actually work- I hate stuff like that and feel covered in a film of noxiousness afterwards- if I'd smoked, would have felt I was inhaling dog ****- but dog **** is probably less harmful!
Beware me time- we have been rewatrding ourselves with cigarettes for so long that being on your own with a glass of wine and no demands feels empty without 6ooo carcinogens. We will get there- we're doing good.

I ve had flu too- been really bad, everyday brings a new symptom- earache today. I do worry that Im gonna be one of those people who get iller and iller when they stop smoking. On the other hand I also think that its very strange that I smoked for all those years cigarette free Christmas felt good!
