Hey, well done on day 20!! im at day 11 now and thank god its soooooo much easier, its been a long time coming, i still have thoughts of smoking but like you, nothing i cannot handle, although its only been 11 days, i could not imagine being a smoker again but sometimes the smell of them is quite inviting but resistence is even better!! so all in all at the minute things are really good. well done on your nearly 3 weeks.

Its going GREAT!!!, today is day 5 and my god its been lovely, no stress, few cravings but easy to get through them now, i thought they would never get easier, I even went out for a couple of hours tonight to the pub, and friends all went out for a ciggy and i stayed in the warm lol, wasnt even tempted to go out with them, and today I actually really laughed properly for the first time since quitting, its the little things that make all the difference and people think the little things maybe silly but means alot today, and im actually returning to my old bubbly self I know I still have a long way to go as ive not even got through my first week but today i feel fantastic and somewhat healthy lol, i installed a quit smoking app on my phone which tells you how long youve quit for and how much money youve saved, and shockingly ive saved to date a whopping £55.01. There will NEVER be any going back, I know ive had a fab day today but no doubt there will still be hard days to get through, but im ready for them and will kick ****!! lol.
Its also so nice to say to people im now a NON-smoker!!

How are you getting on? xx
