Hi ALL, im still here and have now got to start quitting again im going into hosp on tuesday 19th june to have keyhole surgery on my shoulder and they have said that i must stop fags monday night. May have a light breakfast and water only. I guess i cant use the lozengers then either. Any help would be most appreciated. Jacqui
