    Last cigarette Wed 28 November 2007 10pm.

    Smoked 9 years, 25 a day.

    Several previous attempts, used stop smoking group, patches, inhalator. Longest quit 3 months.

    Reasons to stop this time: 3 young children, what an example. Sub human being if you still smoke in this world!
