    Hello, last few days been a breeze then have gone a bit mental ha ha ha...(slightly mad laugh) not doing cold turkey but just tried to take patches off earlier...jeeeez... not receommended sadly I dont have to mental capacity to go without patches yet but have still battled the urges so thats something, just waiting for the nicotine to kick in after my experiment now! You are doing fab well done you x
