Hi Done are you referring to your recent "disappointed" post!!! Bet you didn't expect so many replies LOL. I think the attitude of some people sucks, not helpful at all but don't let them put you off. Hope its all going good again for you now, its is hard at times I know. I thought Bellablue summed it up really well though. Keep positive

Hiya Done, I didn't realise my posts were helping anyone. I just think I sound like Victor Meldrew most of the time, which is why I don't want to post with great regularity LOL!. Your posts are much more upbeat and positive and have helped me no end and made me think I can't just wallow around feeling sorry for myself. Like you say it's time to forget about the fags and concentrate on changes that we can make for ourselves for the better. I too look forward to reading your posts. We should be quit buddies
