Hi Joanne, I'm hoping you might share some of the changes you've experiened
I'm using Champix and I'm almost nine weeks smoke free - incredible for me!
I'm still craving it out of habit of course. I'm not sure what to do at work
at break times - it's like being lost. I find first thing in the morning and
after supper the worst times. Stress is the worst, I'm a single mom and I
have a son in 1st yr university - when I get upset or anxious a cigarette
used to calm me down - now I feel agitated a good part of time. Do you
deal with this too?
