    Thanks girls I am devastated that I smoked, but thinking back about it I was still thinking about them. Now that I have been diagnosed properly, I also have an under active thyroid, maybe that's why I was on a downer so much, I can be more positive xxxx thank you all so much

    Aw Lills I'm so sorry to see your post on egg & soldiers. Please dont beat yourself up about smoking. It is totally understandable and I would probable, almost definately,have done the same.
    Do what ever feels right for you hun, if it helps with the pain, go for it but if not then you know you can do it, look how far you have got.

    Thanks Haze, I got into such a state ESP after the nurse phoned me the morning I was going to get my X-ray results and said my bloods had come back with something wrong, and it was under active thyroid, so I'm back to Day 4 now oh we'll. Thanks hope ur doing ok xx

    Hi Lills. Sorry to hear you had a blip! That is all it was though a blip! I still struggle from time to time and I am sure lots of people do. Try not to let it get you down too much and keep on going. Take care Lills.xx

    Hello everyone hope that you have all had a good smoke free week end. I have had a few bad Days last week when I still feel the urge for a ciggy, but on the whole not bad at all. I am on Day 28 today I think I am, I gave up Feb13 2012 and I must say I feel better for it. Keep going everyone speak to you soon xx

    Hello Lills just a courtesy call, just as the dreaded call centres open with.
    I'm 48 days nicotine free today,funny how you remember the date of a hospital admission. Cause too many nicotine sticks symptoms; severe chest pain suspected heart attack, investigation still on going. I think the medics are trying to telling you
    something when they have the smoking cessation advisor visit your bedside as well as
    as the doctors. What made you decide to quit
