Hi lefoy123 - you go to the bottom right hand side and pick a forum. Once there, look at the top left hand side where it will say new thread. Good luck

Never in my wildest imaginings would I have thought that I wouldn't have had a cigarette/roll-up in my hand for a year. Thanks to all users of the forum for their comments, experiences, tips everything helped

    Hello Alex76
How are you this evening? Me I'm well despite it being a real crappy almost
    winter's day here in Glasgow.
R.U O.K? So it depends how many times you pound the ivories I'll need to get
    cracking then.
Look after yourself and I'll try and do likewise.
    Regards
    Michael

Hi Lefoy, thanks for stopping by my page, and well done on your quit! I gave up in November 2010, after being hospitalized with DVT. Though not necessarily directly connected, it is known that smoking thins the arteries so I'm not taking any chances!
    Cheers, Alex.
