Hey you dont have to thank me today is the day isn't it? The 19.3.13. We have all done so fantastically well. I have not found it easy, I am so relieved I did it. Thanks very much for my message on my 1 year post Rogue. I really appreciate you taking time to do that. I can hardly believe a year has passed and I have not smoked! Thanks again this forum has been my crutch because by god it has been hard at times. A 40 year habit does not go away over night!
