    Hi Pappy, hope you are well, just wanted to say well done on 1 year quit as I am sure you are still quit! I also wanted to say your signature is what helped keep me going I used to think of that each time I wanted to light up and it stopped me wanting to so thanks for that.xx

    Yep, I'm still here! Just been really really busy with work 'n stuff so not been on the website very often. Just been dipping in and out occasionally - not had anything I thought was worth saying!

    I'll try and make the effort to contribute a bit more...

    Never noticed till you pointed it out. I just feel honestly like its five minutes since I started this stopping malarchy. How time flies when you're having fun.......
    Hey Papster......we're REALLY doing this arent we? Still cant quite believe it, but its getting easier all the time. Hope it is for you too. Good luck with the dosage drop next week. Not that you'll need it. You are the Papster!
