    Hi Keith,

How are you doing still going strong?? As for me on a rather festive night I had a few puffs, which I deeply regretted, but the good news is that it didnt make me want to run out and buy a packet!! I have put on roughly a stone in weight which is my next battle, let me know how you are getting on

Keith. Hi. I'm doing great great great thanks. Just wish I'd done this way sooner. Crickey....I thought it was gonna be so much harder than it is. Hope I havent spoken too soon there. This forum is the best place ever though. Its totally my favourite place to be at the moment. I feel such a massive bond to everyone here. Its such a shared experience that only we smokers.....well ex smokers.....can understand. Keep on keeping on Keithy lad. Heck..... you'll be on a month soon. How cool is that?

It's going well Kimbo, I have to admit, some of the side effects are a little crazy but I feel great about the results.
It's kind of a trade off.
My list (maybe not complete) of side effects suffered so far:

    Nausea - a few days
Heartburn - one or two days
    Headaches - a few days
    Bloating, etc - ongoing
    Lack of energy - ongoing
    Dreams - ongoing
    Not smoking - ongoing

All of the above, especially the last one, I can deal with (providing all but the last end when the Champix is gone).

This forum really helps by giving advice, encouragement and reassurance.

Talk to you later, we can all beat this...Together.
