Hi Shazza, yes I'm still here. Haven't posted for a while as I've been having a really crap time in work and not feeling very positive at all but I'm still smoke free and will get a grip of myself. Well done you on your smoke free holiday - another major trigger under your belt xxx

Thanks Shazza, I am having a nice week off but the weather is a bit crap. Been into Manchester today for some retail therapy, went for lunch in Browns restaurant and it was lovely. Came out and there were people smoking by the door and for a moment I thought mmm! However I had a great day and that is another trigger out of the way. I tell you what I have found aswell that lager tastes gorgeous when you dont smoke! Result! Thanks for your support Shazza, I have really taken a liking to you.
