100 days, great going. You'll lose count soon. I don't know how many days I am now, the last figure I remember was something like 132. I'll be 11 months on the 24th anyway.....enjoy the freedom I say

Lol, no need to apologise bud, I'm fine! It'll be triple figures tomorrow night - 100 days! Think I may treat myself to a cake for that one! Glad you're doing ok, keep us posted on the next big challenge!

Not seen you for a bit mate, how's that hamstring now? Are you able to be back out there enjoying this gorgeous spring weather?

that is flippin' fantastic mate! Sorry to hear it's not back to normal, maybe a little gentle exercise would help? NOT suggesting you go for a huuuuge long run! I think Mrs Bear would much rather hear you moan about your leg than have you hanging around unhealthy, unfit and stinking of smoke, in fact I'd put money on it! And she was sooo proud of you finishing that race! Take care bud and stick around, we are NOT going to be losing anyone as a result of the recent incitement to riot and I am unanimous in this! (Yes, I know, I'm now channelling Mrs Slocombe!)

Nice to see you pop up, how's the hamstring? Have you got a final total from your run? We've missed you around the place!

Cheers Kat, I meant third month, if you know what I mean I think it's good you are on here so much, I saw there were dissenting comments on one post the other day regarding you and Max, lot of cr*p if you ask me. This forum is there to be leaned on and if you can't post general stuff in the general room, what's the point??? I didn't bother commenting on it because I've seen it before from that "quitter" and it makes no difference..

Oh no, not good mate! Cheers for the congrats but it's actually only been 2 although it probably feels like more, I'm on here so much! Hope you get to a physio soon, sounds to me like you need some work done on it to get you back to normal. All the best mate

Hiya, just stopping by to say hope you're recovering from Sunday's exertions and the hamstring is easing up - you should be resting on your victorious laurels after all that!
