Wow, good on you for not commiserating with a smoke or celebrating with a cigar. Both occasions (divorce and b'day) could have have made some people wobble and crack, so well done for staying on the straight and narrow. Not easy is it? Even 6 or 7 months on! I don't think we will ever be out of the woods. Some will, some won't. I'd love it if I could be a social smoker (stupid title really) but as much as I'd like to smoke one or two a month I know, realistically, i couldn't stay on that low a number.
I'll make it to the penthouse, no worries....... as will you and loads of us Octo's
