    Noel - I've had a bad time this week - two rollies (admittedly small ones) smoked - one each on days 9 & 10. I'm on day 12 now though and back on the straight and narrow. I was in wrok late both nights and doing some pretty long hours. I must learn to cope with the stress without begging a collegue for a roll-up!

    Bit quite on here at the mo, suppose most people are at work or out in the garden, hows your quit going OK I hope, over 4 months now ?? x
