Hi Nick. I hope you don't mind the friend request, only I noticed that you started smoking and quit smoking at the same ages myself. I can also see that you've been smoke free for ages, and I could use a good role model. :-)

Things are good thanks though I lost my Dad in April. I managed to stay quit this time though and am nearly at my 12 month mark!

    Hey Nic,

I've noticed that you haven't been on for a while. Hope you are okay. TBH you probably wouldn't want to be involved in some of the conversations anyway.

    re: ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

    Here you go ....

The Greek phrase Molōn labe! (Μολὼν λάβε; approximate Classical Greek pronunciation [molɔ̀ːn labĂ©], Modern Greek [moˈlon laˈve]), meaning "Come and take them!", is a classical expression of defiance reported by Plutarch in response to the Persian Army's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons. It corresponds roughly to the modern equivalent English phrase "over my dead body". It is an exemplary use of a laconic phrase.
