    thanks Pol - am terrified of putting weight on so am going to keep myself busy and on Saturday night will treat myself to something nice - will give me something to look forward to. Although I did buy a rather expensive expresso machine last weekend so can't afford to smoke anymore :-)

    You should go on a shop just for munchies- buy a bit of everything bad so the cupboards are loaded, spend what u would have spent in a week on fags on bad, over indulgent food. If we can stop smoking we can manage a diet in a month or two easy peasy! Hope you're doing ok?
