Default Day 26

Day 26, still smoke free.

Feeling ok at the moment, still have lots of moments though.

I'm looking forward to completing the first month. Only tried properly stopping once before and managed 4 weeks so getting past this stage will be a big milestone for me.

Day 26 is great hun and not long till your month

well done I am on the same day and finding the last few days the hardest up till now.Why now and not at the start????????
