Default Trying again..!

Hello,
My name is Lance and I give up last year for 5 months. The first 3 months was a breeze for me, little odd cravings here and there, but I got by.

It was months 4/5 that got me, I just forgot my motivation why I wanted to give up in the first place. I made a list of the bad factors why I was given up, I read them over and over, but I still went back to it.

In fifth month, I was even dreaming about ciggies, it become very unbearable to me, each living moment I thought about them. I just hope that this won't happen again, because I was doing so well.

I used Nicotine threapy, (not the patches) little lozengers, and they held the cravings off.

So I am having another crack at it, having set a day as yet, but it will be very soon.
Thanks again,
Lance.
