01.01.11 patches for about 6 ish weeks then CT and no puffs on my inhalator anymore and determination and this forum also read allan carr 2 ish weeks into my quit

i am in the penthouse and it sure is good in here

45 and STILL a girlfriend

20 a day (more after some Pinot) for a long, long time

Quit date 08/04/10 using Champix and I now have the skin of a 30 year old

quit date: 04 Feb 12
20 a day for 25 years

quit once for 5 years that was a practice quit, This time it's the real thing!!!!

Quit Date : 05/15/2012 Foiled by a few drinks at the Christmas party.
New Quit Date : January 31st 2013
Method : Was Champix, will be CT this time around.
History : Age 37 Male Started smoking at 18
