Sounds rather yummy indeed Bluetree and congratulations on your quit.

Funnily enough I haven't really thought about rewards, rather unlike me lol

I am hoping to be able to get a car at the end of the year so want/need to save as much as possible so will focus on that I think. Nice to have some (if only a little) money in the bank at the end of the month before pay day!

Have saved nearly £240 by not tring to kill myself for 5 weeks so can't be bad.

Oooooh yes rewards. Great thread Bluetree. I've been rewarding myself left right and centre since stopping......and my rewards have for the most part been bathing related. I just cannot get enough of lathering myself up luxuriously in sweetly scented gorgeous bubbles. Then I treated myself to a delicious body butter........I smell of raspberries and my skin is soooooo soft. I just love bathing/showering.....and perfuming.....and body buttering......and knowing i'm not going to come downstairs and cloud myself and my skin up in smoke afterwards. At work I now spend a large portion of my day smelling my arms

Lol, there is nothing nicer than smelling nice I have to agree. Had to laugh at you smelling your arms at work though
