Default No sugar or cigs :)

Hiya all, just thought i'd share this with you all...

When I first stopped smoking I was eating everything & anything (greedy guts !!)

Now it's nearly 6 weeks, and instead of gorging every 5 minutes I have sugar free mints & sugar free lollies - the lollies are great because they last longer & keep your hands occupied

I can drink wine now too, even if I have a lolly at the same time!!

Denise.

These lollies are expensive. You can get them online or from ebay. Postage is a killer though as you are basically paying for the pops twice.

I managed to buy some today from Holland and Barretts for 35p each

Here's some online links i've found if you are interested.

Thanks for the links as you say

I think i'll stick with the mini chupa chups lollies 24 cals each and about 99p for 30

Also found sugar free smints in a rasperry and lemon flavour in our local Home Bargains shop they give you a sweet kick distraction.

Default Joys of popcorn

I find that a big bowl of popcorn - homemade - is a brilliant way to get over a smoke craving. Pop it yourself in a little oil and add a little salt. Then take giant handfulls and cram the corn into your face till you can hardly breathe... This sounds crazy but it does become amusing and the popcorn also smells really nice ... Enjoy ! Lol
