Question Feeling edgy

I've gone from wanting to sleep all the time to feeling edgy and miserable. I can't understand it because I don't have any cravings and I haven't the least desire for a cigarette. Maybe if the sky wasn't always grey it would make a difference. Has anyone else felt like this?

I'm with you on that; the fact that it's July yet still as grey as winter, and damp with it. I was up for work at 5.30am as usual, pouring with rain again, nothing more guaranteed to get me in a miserable mood than that.....still not had a fag yet but was glad to get home and get onhere for a read hope you're feeling a little better now Una?

I'm definitely a sunshine person. I hate being back in Scotland. Another day nearly over anyway. Glad I don't have to go to work at that time in the morning. I would never make it :-)

Feelt he same Una. Finding everything more difficult because it should be sunny and warm, perfect for walking and sitting int he sun and completely forgettign about the ciggies.

It's thoroughly depressing, this weather. We are using our quit savings to go abroad in September to make it seem worth it!

Default Savings....

Hey Una hope you feel a bit better today? This savings thing is quite annoying for me, I only spent about £8 a week tops on fags so don't have a massive influx of cash from the last two weeks (nearly)....mind you £32 a month will pay for Sky Sports in August when the football season starts again, so I should be thankful really I was visiting my parents last month and was with my Dad when he went to get his tailor-mades, £7 a pack, I couldn't believe it, I stopped smoking TM's in 1997 so had really no idea they cost that much...that would be a cash injection!!

Woke up this morning and felt normal. Whatever that is :-) I hope I never have another day like yesterday. I never had like that before. I was paying £7.68 a packet. They've gone up so much since 1997. With savings like that I have a lot of incentive. Since the 29th May I've saved nearly £500. I haven't saved it but I'm enjoying spending it.
