Smile Happy to have no weight gain

Im on month 2 of quitting and this time iv had no desire to gorg my self silly like last time when I quit I put on over a stone.. This time iv list 6 pounds as iv took up walking Zumba and yoga.. Although I did yoga and Zumba before I don't think I was working hard enuf on them.. And im on the way to losing the half a stone I needed.. I wasent loosing anything when I smoked.. So I'm pretty pleased with my self even tho I'm having rubbish days sometimes

That didn't last long put the 6lb back on and an extra 3 lb..

Dont stress about that you will lose it once you get this quit well and truly under your belt. I am really proud of you!

Day 2 of the diet scrabbled eggs for breakfast.. A huge fruit salad for dinner and green tea.. And gonna have salmon fillet and lots ov veg for tea.. And I mint aero for after.. I'm not giving up chocolate just cutting it down

Are you following any particular kind of 'diet' or just trying to be good? Be careful with the volume of fruit you eat due to the volume of sugar it contains. Was something that was causing me problems as I'm a fruitaholic.
