Smile September Stoppers - knocking on the Penthouse door
Anyone else still around who quit last September? I hit the 11 month mark yesterday and can't believe how quick it has gone. How is everyone else doing?

Smoked at least 10 per day for over 30 years and am now showing the filthy habit who is boss using just willpower that I really didn't know I had!

Last cigarette - Tuesday 20/9/2011 @ 11pm

Well done Claire and Pip I wish I had kept my quit going from last year but never mind, at least I am having another go now. By the time you reach the Penthouse I will be in Month 2 I think so please can you send some of that wine down to me in the lift
