good to see your still going strong

some days are going to be harder then others but you will start having more good days bad

keeping a positive mind will help wonders and saying

i will not smoke today

every morning will help to keep your mind focused

have you got any plans for the weekend?

To be honest not sure if i wilbe doing anything depends on how im feeling and the weather

but im hopefull that i will get out at some point even if its just to go round and see my mum

Carol mentioned the hand to mouth action that may cause you problems. It may not be the best solution, but maybe you could carry the outer shell of a bic pen, you know, the plastic throw-away type. Take the insert and end out, and if you feel the need to smoke, "smoke" your pen. This would allow you to deal with the nicotine cravings without the physical motions and in a few days/weeks, wean yourself off your pen.

Keep up the good work though, you're doing great.

Good evening all, after my first post It was bugging me that I was still reliant
On my ecig so decided to pack them in, in the bin they went and that was 5 days ago now and I feel great for it ,the fog that lifted when I stopped is pretty incredible,

95 days quit now !!! Hoorah !!!,
