Default 6 days

6 days with no smoking and feeling upside down
im on the patches and inhalator if i am getting nicotine why am i craving what happens at the end of week 12 with no patches ???????

Clare, they don't call this hell week for nothing. I'll let you know what happens when the patches come off because I'm taking my last one off tomorrow and that will be 8 weeks. I've been taking a bit off them every few days and only have a quarter on now. I wanted them out of the way because I want to be completely free of nicotine and then I'll feel I'm getting somewhere. Read lots of posts and you'll know you aren't alone.
