Thumbs up

well done Debla on quitting

it does get easier i promise the further along your quit journey you will stop craving so much and then one day you will realise half way through a day that you havent even thought about smoking

just remember to keep hands and mind busy when a carve hits you and it will pass

onwards and upwards is the way to go

regards

Carol

Welcome Debla 2 weeks is great
It's good to have a reason for quitting ie your children, but you also need to quit for yourself. There's a wealth of knowledge on here to read that will help you change your mind set and hopefully make it a little easier for you.
Best of luck

Hi Debla

Welcome and congrats. It's tough, we've all been there, but stay strong and stick with it because it does get better.

As Mags said, quit for yourself first. But make your kids proud of you in doing so!

Well done Debla!

It's very brave of you to announce it to you children like that. It means you are serious about it, and making a commitment toward them and yourself so that you are 'forced' to carry through on your promise, lest pay the price of disappointment all around!

Keep up the great choice!

Alex.
