Time flies, well done you. 7 weeks, 50 days that is fantastic, you sound so positive and as we all know that is half the battle. Keep it up and before you know it we will be sitting in the penthouse enjoying the view.

well done Kay - and I say that with all sincerity cause I'm on the same day as you... there's no way that we're letting these last 7 weeks be for nothing.

7 Weeks is fab,
It sounds such a long time!!!
I'll be there myself soon too.... fab.
Isn't the non smoking time perception strange?
Keep on quitting!!! x

Brilliant Kay and of course Dave too as your both on the same dates for your quits.

7 weeks does sound a good length time wise doesn't it. As good as 50 days... a mini milestone

See you both in Month 3 soon.......... I have no doubt what so ever that you'll both make it.
