I can't believe that i've got this far already , been a bit of a rollercoaster of ups and downs but having more good moments than bad atm, not sure whats coming in the future but today i feel great

I felt sick on the tablets and had horrible dreams both of those stopped so feeling much better now, craving wise i still have the odd moments which pass quickly enough just as i did when i was on the tablets but nothing major, I have good days and bad but the good are becoming more frequent now

The worst bit for me was the fear of whats going to happen when/if i stopped them, took me a few days to work out that nothing happened really, physically i've given up smoking weeks ago, the hardest part now is mentally, habbit breaking etc so i was worried if i stopped the tablets that i'd just go back to smoking! and i haven't!!! because i don't want to

i too had bad nightmares thats why i cut down to one tablet plus being a moody bitch , now im feeling low and tearfull .......... but i feel better this afternoon, my smoking dr told me today to take half a tablet and see him thursday
