Default Day 25...love...

Today I LOVE not smoking. LOVE it! What's not to love about it??
We smell great, we have oxygen flowing around our bodies, our lungs are starting to repair and we are free!!

Day 1 or Day 100. What a great achievement!

Thank you everyone on this forum, you have made the journey here SO SO much better.

Well done Lizzie,

Great to hear your quit is making you feel so good. There are only positives to be gained and the sooner we can realise that in a quit the better

What a lovely positive post. Even grumpy old me feels a little bit of a 'whoopee' after that. Well done Lizzie

And I really love your positivity! And you are right, of course - what's not to love?
